Haiku

Constant hoof stamping.
Tails swish like windshield wipers.
Buzz off, flies, buzz off!

I was so hoping that I was retired. Human hadn't been out to see me in awhile and I was just enjoying being on my own. But one night I heard her voice saying hi to me and yep, there she was. Guess all this rain we had caused her basement to flood, so she had other priorities. Hmmmph!

I'm not sure what a basement is but I understand about flooding. Gosh, we had so much rain that Story and I were learning to do the breast stroke. We found some Michael Phelps videos on YouTube and were watching his technique. We tried to copy him out in the pasture. Well, except for the swim caps. And goggles. And swim suit. But other than that, we were just like him! And if you don't believe me, just come out and watch me roll over – UPHILL. This fat old mare's still got it going on!

If this isn't the cutest thing, then I'm not a plump mare.  Singing puppy I want one of my own. I'd be very good to it. I'd share my hay and let it ride around on my back. It would have to find its own apples and carrots, though. I'm not sharing those.

Well, thank goodness for my loyal readers. Jim W. from Geneseo e-mailed to let me know that he was able to master this Web site so he knows what colors the ball turns.

He wrote, "The order goes on forever....blue, tan, teal, brown, green, dark green, black, greenish teal, dark blue, yellow, yellow-green, peach, light yellow, light blue, lime green, purple, and light purple!!!!"

Can you believe he was able to click on the ball that many times? Amazing! Now if he could do a flying lead change I'd be really impressed.

I am SO FRUSTRATED!!  I found this Web site and I've been trying to click on the ball to change the color and I just can't do it. No matter how much I shake the string, I can't click fast enough. If only I had thumbs.

If you're able to do it, please e-mail me and let me know what color the ball becomes. It's driving me crazy!
